Swingin': The swingers convention that was criticized last year for holding its New Orleans event during a COVID outbreak is coming back. Naughty N'awlins is scheduled for Aug. 4-8. The organizer tells Carlie Wells there have been some cancellations due to the current massive COVID outbreak and the "sexual freedom" parade is off for the second year in a row. Last year's convention suffered a bit of an outbreak.
Counting votes: A lot has been written about the Legislature’s recent veto override session. It ended with none of Gov. John Bel Edwards’ vetoes being overridden. Sam Karlin took a deep dive behind the scenes of this first-ever event in Louisiana politics.
