Swamp Rabbit trail to extend to CU-ICAR, Mauldin

As Greenville prepares to release plans for the extension of the Swamp Rabbit Trail to the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research at an open house Thursday, Mauldin is taking steps toward installing its own leg of the trail and a pedestrian bridge over Interstate 385.

As the CMA CGM Brazil, the largest ship ever to dock at the Port of Charleston, arrived Sunday, onlookers lined the Cooper River Bridge, Memorial Waterfront Park and places in between in Mount Pleasant to get a view of the ship as tugboats and other vessels watching the containership swirled around it.
