We tend to think with our bodies. Use the body to develop spiritual attitudes and states of consciousness. Freedom to command the subconscious to act as we choose can serve our ends instead of obstructing our ends.
Everyone has the potential to experience superconsciousness. If I would realize oneness of all things, it is necessary for my life to constantly affirm the meditative goal of oneness—by my kindness toward all beings, by compassion and universal love.

Roy Eugene Davis March 9, 1931--March 27, 2019
Roy Eugene Davis died on March 27. At age 18 in 1949, he became a monastic disciple to Paramhansa Yogananda in Los Angeles. He served as ordained Minister of SRF's Phoenix, AZ center. Having left SRF after Yogananda’s passing, in 1972 Roy began a retreat center in Georgia, teaching even on the evening before his passing. He visited Ananda Village as a guest speaker in August, 1993.
