The company requires training on the topic for managers, uses an investigation process designed to protect employees and allows termination of those who retaliate against co-workers who file harassment claims.

Nearly 40% of working Americans age 65 or older had previously retired but then rejoined the workforce for personal as much as financial reasons, a study found, while more than half of retirees age 50 or older said they would go back to work if the right opportunity arose. The "unretirement" trend marks a significant shift away from the earlier model of leaving the workforce entirely upon reaching retirement age.
A report from the National Institute on Retirement Security found women age 65 and older are 80% more likely than men to be impoverished. The gender wage gap, the likelihood for women to be caregivers and women's longer life expectancy were cited as reasons.
Although artificial intelligence and automation may threaten some jobs, robots can't replicate human empathy, said Hyatt Hotels CEO Mark Hoplamazian. Human employees are still valuable, especially when they can connect with customers.
