Stocks inch higher as Yellen meets Fed, SEC on Reddit trading madness

U.S. stocks aim to capture a fourth straight day of gains after jobless claims fell to 779,000, while still elevated, it is a small sign of progress. Elsewhere, U.S. Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen will meet with the heads of the Federal Reserve, the New York Fed, SEC and CFTC to address the Reddit trading frenzy.
