The Banyan Hill folks have been flogging a "one stock millionaire" investment in ads for their Total Wealth Insider, so today we're firing up the Thinkolator to get some answers... Jeff Yastine says this is an "inconspicuous $20 stock" that could turn $10,000 into a million bucks... sound like fun? Answers and some blatheration from yours truly are just a click away.

And this week it was time once again for a visit from our friend Doc Gumshoe -- he's got an update on how much cancer survival rates have improved (and why)... along with a look at some of the more interesting drug approvals that made it through the FDA in 2018.
