State Senator among 15 candidates disqualified from Michigan primary ballots

State Sen. Betty Alexander and Senate district candidate Mellissa Carone, who pushed false claims of election fraud in statehouse testimony after the 2020 election, were among 15 candidates disqualified from Michigan’s Aug. 2 primary election.
