Seventy-seven percent of state government IT leaders say artificial intelligence and cognitive computing will free up their workforce to focus on higher value tasks.

This is according to research from the Center for Digital Government, IBM and NASCIO, revealed in the webinar, “Delivering on Digital Government: Achieving the Promise of Artificial Intelligence.”
