Editor's Notes This week feels heavy. As we're learning facts about the police killing of Daunte Wright in Minnesota, the trial of Derek Chauvin is revisiting the death of George Floyd. There are protests around the country. I'm stuck, as I imagine many of you are, thinking about how to best respond as an individual and a professional to the ongoing violence we see against people of color. I'm thinking back to our reporting from last summer, when Black Lives Matter protests happened daily and companies were publicly challenged to do more for racial equity.
