Currently, Architek is undertaking a significant retrofitting project to enhance the Seastrand's safety and aesthetics. The focus of this renovation is upgrading the balconies to enhance safety and aesthetic while keeping the immaculate views of the Burrard Inlet. Architek's innovative approach involves using rope access techniques to install new vertical steel cable webnet railings, allowing for a seamless upgrade without the need for scaffolding or resident displacement.
