While typically used in the production of port or a bold red wine, our Touriga Nacional has been made into a Rosé. Our 2019 harvest was hand picked and directly pressed, with a maximum of 4 hours of skin contact. The wine was fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavors and maintain a fresh, clean palate. The resulting wine is light and crisp with fruit aromas of melon and grapefruit.
SAUVIGNON BLANC 2018
Our Sauvignon Blanc was lightly pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the delicate fruit flavors. Throughout summer, the days were warm and sunny with little rainfall and above average heat, providing ideal growing conditions. The resulting wine is light and crisp with aromatic herbs, green apple, and lemon. CHARDONNAY 2018 The 2018 Chardonnay was picked late in the year for optimal ripeness and fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve the fruit flavors and provide a clean, refreshing palate. After fermentation, the Chardonnay went through 100% malolactic fermentation and aged sur lie in 100% french oak barrels. The resulting Chardonnay is rich with notes of tropical fruit, brioche, and a hint of vanilla.
