More than 20,000 visitors and 1,100 exhibitors are set to descend on Geneva, Switzerland, next month (May 14 to 16) for Vitafoods Europe.

As well as three days of 70,000 m2 tradeshow at Palexpo exhibition center, the event will include a Future of Nutrition Summit on May 13 at the nearby Marriott Hotel.

A few of the trends already in discussion by exhibitors and industry expert speakers include healthy aging, cognitive health, women's health, sustainability and tech innovation.

In this newsletter, we pull together some of the content and concepts set to be showcased over the four days.
