Southern Baptist abuser list: The Southern Baptist Convention has released a list of hundreds of pastors and other church employees accused of sexual abuse, many from the last two decades. It includes a number of Louisiana cases. You can see the list here. 'Great Wall of Louisiana': A major milestone is being marked today – the massive network of levees, floodwalls and pump stations the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers embarked on after the nightmare of Hurricane Katrina was turned over to the state in a formal ceremony. The tab for what some call an engineering marvel? Many billions of dollars, Mike Smith reports. (The protection system could get a workout this hurricane season, the folks in the prediction business say.) Recovering: We’ve been following the recovery of a Mandeville girl who was badly injured during a wreck as she and her sisters travelled to school at Archbishop Hannan High. Sienna Wischkaemper has made some significant strides, Sara Pagones reports. Ummm, baklava…: If you celebrate all things Greek, this is your big weekend. The annual Memorial Day weekend Greek Festival opens later this evening in New Orleans and runs through Sunday. Contributing writer Chelsea Brasted writes that kitchens have been working overtime to prepare. Opa! Just call him Kiss: Finally, it's Friday, so here's something fun. Would you get the autographs of your favorite band tattooed on your back? Doug MacCash writes today about one Kiss superfan who did. (At tattoo parlor called Twisted Addictions, none the less.) Classic! Hope you enjoyed today’s Lunch Line.
