“Beyond the River”

It’s basically (how we love to use that word here in SA) about a white guy and a black guy who get together to paddle the Duzi. It’s based on true events.

In a densely populated township of Ivory Park, found in the east of Johannesburg in the Gauteng province of South Africa, three friends have taken a twist on fundraising.

Lehlogonolo Dibakoane 25 left, Kgabo semenya 26 center and Thapelo Semenya 24 right from Tswelelane development, which is a none profitable organization that is based in Ivory Park, which aims at changing the lives of the community members, specially the vulnerable and underprivileged like the disabled, Orphans and abused children.

One thing every NPO can agree on is that it is difficult to find sponsors and to raise funds. So what the Three did is to align their need for funds with the need of the general youth of Ivory Park which is entertainment, this saw the birth of the annual Miss Fantasy pageant.
