Maeikisala and I are mostly settled into our new Asheville home, and are very happy to be here. This morning we reflected on what's changed for us in the last year, and were delighted to find our lives improved in so many ways!

Our new residence is a clear improvement. In addition, Maeikisala and I are much more deeply soul blended then a year ago. Our shamanic partnership has matured quickly, so that Maeikisala now requires little or no guidance from me during Shamanic Healing client sessions. And we both have bonded much more deeply with our "tribe" that meets every week to study the Law of One.

I launched a successful life coaching practice in 2018, and my webmaster and I completed most of the work on my new AstroShaman site. (It will launch ... whenever it's ready!) There's more, but I won't test your patience by extending the list any further. Suffice it to say that the year just past was, once again, the best year of my life so far. May the same be true for you in 2019!

Psychedelic Book Review: How to Change Your Mind by Michael Pollan

Pollan doesn’t need a lot of help from me to promote his book. How to Change Your Mind: What the New Science of Psychedelics Teaches Us About Consciousness, Dying, Addiction, Depression, and Transcendence is a #1 New York Times bestseller, a New York Times Book Review 10 Best Books of 2018, and a New York Times Notable Book. Time Magazine once named Pollan one of the 100 most influential people in the world. When he gets excited about something, so do a lot of other people. And I’m excited that he’s excited about psychedelics!

Pollan did extensive research for How to Change Your Mind, and he covers a lot of ground. He describes how LSD was a universally acclaimed wonder drug in the 1950s and early 60s ...
