Hello friends, There’s nothing like a crisis to focus your thinking. In the past year, internal communicators stepped up – big time – during the three crises that transformed our lives: the global pandemic, the struggle for social justice and widespread economic disruption. So now what? As many a CEO has said, “What have you done for me lately?” Buckle up. Communicators will once again be front and center as organizations shape and plan for the next normal, which draws closer every day. That’s why we’re holding this workshop. I hope you’ll join me and a really smart group of experts we’ve assembled to talk about The Future of Work. This virtual event runs from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, April 14. You don’t want to miss it. We’ll be answering your questions, including these: How do we maintain engagement and collaboration with a workforce that is virtual, in-person or both? How do we help our leaders hold on to the more personal and transparent communication style that served them so well in the past year? How should communicators be working with HR, Legal and IT to navigate the difficult questions of vaccinations, flex schedules, technology and cybersecurity, among others. How can we best measure the effectiveness of our tools and channels and make any upgrades or changes based on what we’ve learned? How do we maintain our productivity while recognizing that many employees are exhausted and need a break?Check out the lineup for this workshop. We’ve lots to talk about, and we’ve built in plenty of time for you to ask our experts your burning questions. This is a can’t-miss event coming right when communicators need it most. I hope to see you, well, Zoom you, there! All the best, Jim Ylisela Questions? Contact Shallon Blackburn at [email protected]. |
