With plans underway to widen I-10 and improve the LSU lakes, a new bridge is going to be build over the lakes near the Dalrymple exit. Highway offiicials want it to be more than just some blocks of concrete, and they asked residents to vote on several potential new designs.

Check out this story to see pictures of the design that got the most votes.

Sanity hearing for alleged killer

Police say Aaron Morgan is responsible for a rampage across several places in southeast Baton Rouge, killing his grandmother and wounding four people, including his mother. A judge has ordered Morgan to be evaluated by a psychologist and a psychiatrist to see if he is fit to stand trial.

This story explains how that will work and what it could mean for his prosecution.

Hurricane help in limbo

This story explains what's going on in Washington, and how it could affect us.

Thanks for reading, and have a great day.
