When six-time NBA All-Star point guard Tony Parker was married to actress Eva Longoria, they built a 53-acre compound tucked into an exclusive enclave in the Texas Hill Country in 2009. The couple went their separate ways a couple of years later, and now, with Parker spending most of his time in Europe, he's looking to shed the OTT spread that sports a private waterpark with eight—yep, eight!—swimming pools. And in the foothills of California's Sierra Nevadas, a rugged ranch of 380-some acres comes with several residences, a dozen miles of private trails, a 360-foot zipline, and an 800-bottle wine cellar.
