Single family rental development in Scott sold for $23 million

That national rental group that poured millions into Lafayette market was not finished. Kairos Living has bought another development in the area for just over $23 million.

The deal includes 112 lots in The Chateaus off Malapart Road in Scott, land records show. The seller was national builder DR Horton, which had marketed the development as rentals.
