We have news today that Shore Capital Partners is considering a sale of Mission Veterinary Partners, which the firm formed in 2017 in partnership with entrepreneurial veterinarians Vic Dhillon and Jeff Rothstein. The company was formed through the merger of their two groups - Advanced Animal Hospital Group and Progressive Pet Animal Hospitals, writes Sarah Pringle on PE Hub. Also, we have news that two long-time executives from Shamrock Capital Advisors are in market raising their debut fund for investments in entertainment, media and communications. Also of note (may require subscriptions) Auto: MiddleGround Capital acquired Plasman Holdings, which provides tooling, injection molding, paint applications and assembly in North America and Europe. Plasman produces bumpers, fascia, grilles, exterior trim and subsystem components for light vehicles. Sale: Lexington Partners emerged as the buyer of a large portfolio of fund stakes from the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio valued at more than $1 billion. The portfolio included stakes in Bridge Europe VI. It’s not clear if other buyers were involved. Read it here on Secondaries Investor. Exit: Platinum Equity agreed to sell Orbit Irrigation, which provides watering equipment, to Husqvarna Group. The deal, expected to close before year-end, is valued at $480 million. Read more here.
