Sheriff confirms identities of plane crash victims
Sangamon County Sheriff Jack Campbell confirmed Wednesday that former Springfield Mayor Frank Edwards and Sangamon County Coroner Cinda Edwards were victims of a plane crash Tuesday near Rochester.
