Ambulance Victoria asked 774 ABC Radio Melbourne’s Mornings presenter Raf Epstein to sit in the front of an ambulance vehicle with the lights and sirens blaring to illustrate how often drivers slow down paramedics.

774 ABC Radio Melbourne’s Sharnelle Vella and Bob Murphy are on the hunt for local sports stars. Not only that, they want to come to a training session with you – run a few drills, do a few laps, practice some lay ups or shots on goal.

To help the Breakfast presenters pick which team to visit, we need you to nominate the Local GOAT of your sports club. It could be someone who has amazing sporting abilities or is a great sport. Or it could be someone who goes above and beyond behind the scenes to make sure your team can get on the ground, field or court.

We will announce a Local GOAT of the week every Friday. In June, an overall winner will be chosen for Sharnelle and Bob to visit their club for a personal training session.
