Archdiocese bankruptcy: A tentative settlement has been reached between the Archdiocese of New Orleans and the committee representing victims of clergy sex abuse. Stephanie Riegel has the details and explains what's next. The search continues: Despite a heavy police presence in Central City, Wednesday drew to a close without the arrest of one of the five remaining jail escapees. But there were developments, including two arrests and an order that the five captured inmates be held without bond. Former official indicted: Jack Montoucet, the former secretary of the state Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, has been indicted over an alleged kickback scheme involving a state contract for online courses to resolve wildlife citations.
