It gives glass items an extra spotless sheen, and apparently it will help completely remove any soap residue on the dishes when you think you've got it all rinsed off, aiding in what you digest in the future.

Using Up Unwanted Shampoo/Body Wash

A bottle of baby shampoo.Don't throw it out. I use mine for hand washing combs, hair and makeup brushes, lingerie and cashmere sweaters. Sometimes, as in the case of this bottle, if I see a really good deal I will buy it and save it for this purpose.

Packing and Storing Books

Bookshelf piled with books.I have moved a number of times and have found through experience that when moving my many books it is best to use a smaller box, when possible. A good choice for me is one that is 1 foot square. This will require the use of more boxes, but has saved my back and the consistent size makes stacking easier.
