Semcon's Nomination Committee for the 2022 Annual General Meeting
In accordance with the principles adopted by the Annual General Meeting of Semcon AB in 2019, and valid until further notice, the following persons have been appointed as members to the Nomination Committee:
The 2022 Annual General Meeting of Semcon will be held in Göteborg, Friday 29 April 2022. Proposals to the Nomination Committee shall be e-mailed to [email protected] no later than Tuesday 1 February 2022.
