Rewriting Rewards Around Consumer Behavior

 

The problem with most consumer rewards programs is that they make the consumer do too much work to actually be rewarding. A real shame, Drop CEO Derrick Fung noted, considering all the work and money that goes into them. But Drop believes it can build a better system by linking the rewards to payment methods instead of individual retailers — and it's just raised the funds to start bringing its new take on the global road.
