Same operation as above but instead of using a premade filling, make your own filling or whipped cream and fill a pastry bag. Tip. Use a giant pastry bag so that you can bag once and fill all your cupcakes in one operation. 3. Fill them with ice cream. Use a cupcake corer to cut a quick core from each cupcake.
