You can make them in a deep-dish pie pan or a springform pan. For a perfect presentation, these were made in a Candy Apple Red Silicone Springform Pan. Just peel the soft ring off like a candy wrapper and cut neat slices right on the glass base.

You can make these pies with either graham cracker crumbs or chocolate cookie crumbs.
