| How Many Ways Can You Make a Carrot Cake? |
On Saturday, we're going to make carrot cakes--really good, really easy carrot cakes.
We're going to use a vanilla cake mix and then add carrots and spices and other goodies. That's easy! We have a really good, light cream cheese frosting to top it with.
Oh, and that's a carrot cake cupcake with caramel frosting and cream cheese filling.
But we're going to get really creative. How about a pineapple carrot cake? Or a coconut carrot cake? Or cinnamon chips? Or candied ginger? We'll spend most of the day making carrot cakes and feeding visitors.
We'll wander through the store handing out samples to our customers.
"Now try this one . . . and this one. Then tell me which you like best."
I hope they come hungry. When we're through, we'll send them recipes, old and new.
