SCIENCE TALK '22 IS now accepting proposals for speaking opportunities at the annual conference, both in-person and online from Wednesday, March 23, through Friday, March 25, 2022.
SCIENCE TALK ’22 is being planned as a hybrid conference to take place both in person in Portland, Oregon, and with real-time online participation for speakers and attendees also available.

SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES There are three types of speaking opportunities at SCIENCE TALK ’22: Short Presentation, Panel, and Workshop. There will be a separate registration form for each type of proposal. Please visit this page starting September 1 for links to the registration forms. |

SHORT PRESENTATION Session time: 20 minutes total Maximum number of speakers: 2 individuals Short Presentation speakers will receive 1 full-price registration that can be split with second presenter, if applicable.
PANEL Session time: 45 minutes speaking, 5 minutes moderated Q&A Number of speakers: Minimum 3, Maximum 4 individuals This proposal must include at least two prospective panelists (yourself plus one other). We will work with you to identify and recruit other panelists, if needed.
WORKSHOP Session time: 60 minutes Number of speakers: 1 or more individuals Presenters should plan to offer their workshops either all in-person, or all online Workshops must be as interactive as possible Audience: Minimum 20, Maximum 100 |
