| Lowcountry project reaches construction milestone The 84,000-square-foot office building at 677 King St. is a part of a $30 million project spread over two blocks at the corner of Coming and King streets. The overall project includes parking, retail, office and renovations of existing buildings into offices and residential. The project is set to be completed next summer. S.C. reservoir owners advised to lower water levels DHEC says owners and operations of state reservoirs should check their dams and begin lowering water levels in preparation for rainfall from Hurricane Sally.
