Environmental groups to sue over plastic pellet pollution

The Southern Environmental Law Center, the legal arm of the Coastal Conservation League and Charleston Waterkeeper, has sent a notice to Frontier Logistics that all three entities intend to sue the company after plastic pellets were found washed ashore on several area beaches. The notice is a legal requirement before the filing of a Clean Water Act enforcement case.

Dominion Energy acquires solar generating project

When it is completed later this year, the 630-acre Seabrook Solar facility in Beaufort County will be one of the largest solar arrays in South Carolina.
