Charleston International Airport opened its new $88 million, five-tier parking garage with an additional 2,400 spaces for travelers Thursday. For the week of Thanksgiving, the fourth deck will serve as a temporary Medical University of S.C. COVID-19 testing site.

City of Columbia accepting scholarship nominations

The 2021 Martin Luther King Jr. Dream Keeper scholarships recognize commitment to community service. Nominees must be 18 or younger and enrolled in elementary, middle or high school with a minimum 2.0 grade point average.
