These are Strawberry Fudge Cupcakes. They're Baby Cakes made with a fudgy cream cake made with gourmet cocoa and loaded with mini chocolate chips. Then there's a layer of fudge frosting on top of the cakes. They're topped with strawberry cheesecake whipped cream frosting. Those are pieces of real strawberries you see in the frosting.

Look what else you can make with your free mix!1. Use your mix to make this 9x13-inch layer cake. The cake was frosted with fudge frosting, the edges trimmed, and the cake cut into 15 pieces.
All of these cakes were frosted with whipped cream frosting. Click on the free cake link and then scroll down to find frosting recipes.
2. The second cake was made in a 9x13-inch pan. It was cut in two to make a square layer cake. That's vanilla whipped cream frosting for both filling and topping. There is a thin layer of strawberries between layers. The sides were not frosted.
3. The next cake is a double layer cake baked in eight inch pans. If you would lake a larger cake, consider Dad's Favorite Fudgy Cake.
4. That's a cherry chocolate cake. It's made with a 9x13-inch cake cut lengthwise instead of across the cake. That's a pool of cherry filling on the top. Cherry filling was folded into the frosting.
