And closer to home, it appears that Saints superstar Michael Thomas will miss the start of the season due to an injury. Thomas, who was plagued by an ankle injury last season, had surgery in June, media reports out today are saying. Ouch! Schools and COVID: If you have a kid in school you’re no doubt keeping an eye on those surging COVID numbers. Classes open across the metro in a few weeks after all. Masks? No masks? Renewed social distancing requirements? A lot of those questions are still unanswered.
Vaccines and the law: A north Louisiana medical school that requires its students to get the vaccine is in State Attorney General Jeff Landry’s crosshairs.
