Condo spat: Saints general manager Mickey Loomis and an interior designer he hired to outfit a condo at the new Four Seasons Hotel are embroiled in a legal dispute, one that has gone beyond civil court and even includes a criminal complaint. John Simerman has the details. Shrinking parishes: Four Louisiana parishes were among the top 10 in the nation when it comes to the percentage of population lost between 2021 and 2022, according to the U.S. Census.
