We share this knowledge and experience through Hydrogen: The Fundamentals, a training course designed for those working with hydrogen, so that they can understand how it may behave differently to incumbent fuels and how to safely engineer for those differences. Join the growing number of delegates and organisations benefiting from HSE's hydrogen safety expertise. Join us for one of the following dates: 10 to 11 February 2025     Live online 25 February 2025          HSE Science and Research Centre, Buxton £690 per delegate |
New from HSE and Ricardo: Learn how to manage an incident involving hydrogen This in-person workshop developed in collaboration between HSE and Ricardo provides fundamental knowledge on how to manage incidents involving hydrogen. As the use of hydrogen as a low carbon energy vector increases, so does the potential for an unintended incident. The consequences of hydrogen emergencies can be catastrophic, therefore producers, transporters, end users and first responders all need to understand how to work with hydrogen safely, as well as proactively plan for incidents involving hydrogen , so that individuals, teams and organisations know what to do should an incident occur. This one-day, in-person workshop has been developed by HSE and Ricardo and is designed to help delegates understand the risks associated with hydrogen, the hazards created by an incident and build competence in proactive emergency planning should an incident involving hydrogen occur.
