Heidi Taylor (Wittesch) first inductee into the SA Sport Hall of Fame

With an international career spanning nine years, Heidi won four world powerlifting championships and set nine world records. She also set 34 Commonwealth records and 32 Australian records, winning six Australian championships.
Drive with Jules Schiller spoke to the new Hall of Famer about her experience as South Australia's most successful powerlifting champion of her time.


Each Monday just after 6:30am Breakfast with Ali Clarke will be announcing the remaining inductees.

Noise complaints fly in over increase in traffic at Parafield Airport

Local residents have had enough of the increase in training flights around Parafield Airport.
One local resident told Ali Clarke on ABC Radio Adelaide Breakfast that it's so bad, he's going to have to move home.
The Airport while sympathetic to the increase aren't able to do much more to mitigate the noise level believing it's just because people are home more due to the coronavirus outbreak.

Halloween decorations in McLaren Vale prompt complaints

A front yard Halloween display depicting white cloth figures and a fake body bag hanging from a tree south of Adelaide have prompted complaints to police.
The decorations have been described as looking like the scene of a lynching.
McLaren Vale man Daniel Abbie put up the display in his front yard and said he was surprised to receive a visit from police yesterday.
