Konstantin Dolgov, the former Russian commissioner for human rights, said during Mondayâs broadcast of state tv show 60 Minutes that the retaliatory strikes were justified, and that "all of Ukraineâs infrastructure should be considered military targets that are fair game for destruction." This is according to the latest report from the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, which details how in every major industry, and in communities statewide, engineering and computer science professionals contribute to meaningful innovation, research, and entrepreneurship. (Read More) School report cards: Utah students show signs of academic recovery Utah student academic performance in English language arts, mathematics, and science is showing signs of recovery, but also shows evidence that additional time and effort will be necessary to return to pre-pandemic achievement levels, according to school report card data released today by the Utah State Board of Education (USBE). State, district, and individual school report cards for the 2021-22 school year are now available on the USBE website.
