Today I’m inviting you to participate in the sixth annual POS Channel KPI Study. We are asking retail IT resellers and software developers to anonymously share their results from 2021 and their projections for 2022 in this 10-minute online survey. We’re seeking data on number of employees, gross revenue, revenue growth rate, profit margin, and more. The goal is to generate “industry average” metrics that RSPA VARs and ISVs can compare their business against in 2022.
