Gary Friedman plunked down $28.5 million for oceanfront homestead #2, a contemporary structure recently revamped by high-end property developer Saffron Case. And back in Los Angeles, retired “That ‘70s Show” and “Roseanne” producer Marcy Carsey has spent millions to add a 13th SoCal house to her property portfolio.
