ACA premiums to climb 6% next year, analysis finds A Kaiser Family Foundation analysis estimates that health insurance premiums in Affordable Care Act markets will increase by 6% next year due to the repeal of the ACA's individual mandate penalty and the administration's decision to halt cost-sharing reduction payments and expand availability of short-term health plans and association health plans.
