Reminder: Your opinions on job satisfaction

On behalf of the Chronicle of Philanthropy and the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Harris Insights & Analytics (The Harris Poll) is conducting a study about working conditions and job satisfaction among development professionals and would very much like to include your opinions as someone who currently or used to work in the field.

Specifically, the survey addresses how fundraising professionals are treated, how the field is changing, and what benefits are of greatest importance to fundraisers. The learnings from this research will be featured in The Chronicle of Philanthropy’s August magazine cover story and will shape efforts by both the Chronicle and the association to improve fundraising careers.
