Reminder: Join Me for a Live Writing Class This WeekPart 2 in Our "How to Start a Book" Series
As I mentioned last week, I’ll be teaching a live class this Thursday (September 21) at 4:00 p.m. Central. This is another 90-minute live class on ”How to Structure a Book” exclusively for paid subscribers. If you’re not already a member of our growing community of patrons, I would appreciate your support. Just click the link below, and you’re on your way. Becoming a paid subscriber, by the way, does a few things: It makes it possible for me to keep writing this publication, dedicating hours each week to new articles, classes, and other fun projects. You get free goodies, like bonus content and special teachings. I am also cooking up a few other projects before the end of the year that I’ll be sharing more about on this next call. It makes me feel good. (And if you’re one of those people who feel good about making others feel good, well, that’s something, isn’t it?) So there you have: at least three compelling reasons to become a paid sub. If you missed Part 1 in this series on starting a book, you can catch the replay here (you’ll need to be subscribed). I recommend watching it before catching this new class, as we’ll be building upon the ideas covered in that previous discussion. If you can’t rewatch before Thursday, though, you’re still welcome to attend and should get plenty out of it. In Part 2 of this series, I’ll share the two main structures for a book and how to adapt these templates to your latest project. The idea of these classes is to get you thinking a little differently—a little more creatively—about writing and about life. So I will likely share a poem, wax a little philosophic, and of course, answer your questions. If you aren’t subscribed yet, you can sign up for a free trial or get started today for a low monthly cost. Or if you’re one of those “all in” types, you can get a discount when you sign up for a whole year. Subscribers get some exclusive goodies (like this class), and you can feel good about supporting my work and this community. I think of this place as my creative sandbox, where I am workshopping in front of you the next book and/or big idea. You can cancel at any time, and your generous support—at any level—is always appreciated. It keeps me going. All that to say, the details for this week’s class are below. If you’re a paid subscriber, it’ll automatically show up. If not, well, you can remedy that today. See you soon! Best, Jeff...
