Twin Cities PBS and the University of Minnesota Medical School’s Center for the Art of Medicine present Hippocrates Cafe: Reflections on the Pandemic — with performances from 23 local artists and four national performers.

This program is dedicated to and celebrates all those on the front lines of care during this pandemic. Expect music, art, animation, photography, story, poetry and dance followed by a panel discussion.

Hosted by Dr. Jon Hallberg and Dr. Renée Crichlow, both in the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health at the University of Minnesota Medical School, the event is based on the popular Hippocrates Cafe model from the University of Minnesota Medical School. These successful live shows combine performing arts and medicine with professional actors and musicians exploring healthcare topics through story and song.

Hippocrates Cafe: Reflections on the Pandemic is co-produced with the University of Minnesota Medical School’s Center for the Art of Medicine.

This event is free and open to the public.
