A Message From the Editor

Good morning. Today we bring you a profile of Paul Chow, the general counsel of the HKEX, which sits at the heart of Hong Kong's financial center and may play a huge role in Greater China's economic future. We also tell you about some recent lateral moves in Paris, including a 6-lawyer energy team joining Hogan Lovells. And U.K.-based Linklaters lost two partners in one day to U.S. firms in London as it struggles to stem senior partner exits to higher-paying U.S. firms, notably to rapidly expanding Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
