Today's featured post is both green and thrifty. I never thought of refilling those glue stick dispensers but always hated throwing them in the landfill.

Glue sticks are really easy to use and very handy. When the sticks go empty, never throw them away. Instead buy a tub of paste and refill your empty glue stick canisters. That way you can save by refilling than buying wherein every container/canister is part of what you are paying.

I live in South Carolina where seasons are short, with a lot of warmth throughout the year. In January all the local stores marked down all of there tulips 90% off. These bulbs can be stored in a cool dry place until ready to plant. Here in South Carolina you are to plant tulips in Nov/Dec.

I am moving to an apt. I have nothing. I need to know where to get free, in good condition, furniture, and everything to get started. I am a senior, 65 next month, and am not able to purchase anything and have no way to be able to pick up anything either. I would need to have it delivered.
