78th Anniversary of the Attack on Pearl Harbour 

On December 7, 1941 during the height of WWII, the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service made a surprise pre-emptive military strike on the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor,  which led the United States to enter the war.
