Xray Racing Series Slovenia Rd1 – Report Posted: 13 Nov 2019 07:20 AM PST The opening round of the Xray Racing Series Slovenia was held at the Genius Ring track in Medeuzza, Italy. In the Touring 13.5T Stock class it was Nejc Mihelic with the overall TQ while the Formula class was top qualified by Matej Dobnikar. After the Touring A-mains it was still Nejc on the top spot, leaving behind Viktor Bolsec who came all the way from P6 on the grid. Bjan Miklozic would round out an all-Xray top 3 podium result. The Formula A-main win went to TQ driver Matej Dobnikar, followed by Herfried Pucher and Arno Webernig in 2nd and 3rd respectively. The next race was planned to be held in Maribor, but unfortunately the track will no longer be in existence at that date so the venue for the second round will again be the Genius Ring track in Medeuzza, but this time the driving direction will be clockwise to make things more challenging.
