+ Meet your new Breakfast presenter Craig Reucassel
Now we're talking, Sydney! |
|
Welcome to the first ABC Radio Sydney newsletter for 2024. Hope you had a great holiday, or at the very least, if you were working I hope you were able to slack off a bit. Craig Reucassel here, introducing myself as the new Breakfast host for 2024. Thanks for all the lovely texts during my first shows. I've been told that as part of my breakfast duties, I get to write the intro for the newsletter which I'm thrilled to be doing (even if it wasn't mentioned in the job interview). We've got some really exciting things lined up for this year, and I'm looking forward to joining you on weekdays from 5.30am. Tune in to find out something new every day, and discover what's going on in your neighbourhood, across Sydney and around the world. Stick around post-AM, because the incredible Sarah Macdonald is back with Mornings from 8.30 with local Sydney stories, political insights, and engaging discussions to keep you inspired each weekday. The brilliant James Valentine is back on in Afternoons, much to the joy of the afternoon audience. The inimitable Richard Glover is back from his jaunt around the country and settling into the well-worn Drive seat. While the amazing Renee Krosch is quizzing you in the Evenings. I'll leave it there because I'm running out of superlatives. See you bright and early. | | |
